Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order. Within this period, you can return your purchase without stating a reason.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original packaging (box, labels, etc.)
  • In the same condition as when received

Sneakers that have been worn, even once, are not eligible for return.

Return Costs and Conditions

The costs for returning an item are at the customer's expense. We advise you to send the return shipment with track & trace, so that the package can be proven to have been sent. Nicekicks4you is not liable for lost return shipments.

  • Should you choose to return products without our involvement, Nicekicks4you is not liable for damage, theft, or loss of your package.
  • If you do not pick up a package or refuse it at the door, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • We are not responsible for packages that get lost or damaged if you do not send them back insured. Always send your return package back insured.
  • Returned products must be received by us in completely new, unworn condition, and in their original and complete packaging. Products showing signs of wear, use, or odor, and thus no longer suitable for sale as new, will not be accepted. Always use a clean surface when trying on shoes.
  • Returned products must be sent in an additional shipping package to prevent damage to the original shoe box. Nicekicks4you reserves the right to refuse a return request if the original packaging is damaged.
  • Always include your order number with your return shipment so that we can process the return quickly.

Return Approved

We will assess and process your return within one business day of receipt. Once your return is approved, your refund will be automatically processed and credited to your original payment method. Depending on your payment method, it will take 2 to 5 business days for the refund to be processed.

Return Rejected

If your return does not meet the conditions, we will send the package back to your address. You will be notified of this by email.
